We offer a 30-day replacement or refund guarantee for eligible product quality issues.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Eligible issues include:

Products that arrive damaged, broken, or defective.
Incorrect products, designs, or sizes sent due to an error on our part.
Significant printing defects or manufacturing problems.
Personalized products that do not match the customization details correctly submitted and confirmed by the customer, due to an error on our part.
Missing items or orders confirmed as lost during shipping.

When an issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a free replacement or a refund.

Approved replacements for errors on our part will be provided at no additional product or standard shipping charge.

2. Non-Custom Products

Non-custom products include our pre-designed canvas artwork and other ready-to-order designs that do not require customer personalization.

Because many of our products are printed specifically after an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due solely to:

Change of mind.
Personal taste or preference.
Ordering the wrong size or design.
Ordering duplicate items by mistake.
Minor color variations caused by different screen settings, lighting, or printing processes.
